SAFETY
Every meeting begins with safety – every conference call, manager and foremen meeting, and pre-shift discussion. We invest countless hours into training, supplies, discussions and meetings to ensure workforce safety throughout our organization. And the results are impressive as proven by our excellent mod factor which is under .70. We’re also members of AVETTA, BROWZ, PICS, ISNetword and Adpatone.
ON-TIME DELIVERY
We rarely miss a project deadline. That’s because our team of managers and foremen fully understand the impact in lost revenue to our clients when schedules run late, such as when a kiln or furnace comes back on line later than planned. It’s also due to the fact that our managers and foremen are extremely skilled at estimating project schedules and modifying project plans to meet your changing needs as your project unfolds.
EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY
Everyone wants quality. However, we know that the quality of your project begins with our field crews. We know our project managers can’t be everywhere at the same time, so our field crews are trained to hold the same values and standards as our project managers. While it takes a tremendous amount of time and effort on our part to achieve this standard, our field crews, foremen and project managers possess a common understanding of the projects they install, and the installation techniques and design methods required to achieve superior quality time after time.
PRICE
Unlike some companies who lowball the upfront cost and then backload your project with extras, at LMB we provide a fair and honest assessment of your project. If we’re awarded your project then we’ll typically request a job meeting to iron out all the details because we know that surprises are the last thing you want to deal with.
EXPERIENCE
Experience is often overlooked, yet it is key to your project running smoothly, on-time and on-budget. It pays off in how well our project managers, foremen and field employees work with plant employees, contractors and trades. Our managers and foremen are team players during daily project meeting and throughout the day. We consistently receive compliments on how our employees get along and work well with others.
OUR FOCUS: WHATEVER IT TAKES
Todd Lobaugh, our president, has built LMB by listening to customer needs, and delivering accordingly. As a result, we have expanded our services to include every refractory installation method. We’ve added scaffolding services, robotic demolition using Brokk machines, Rapid Arc Welding by Silicon, and mechanical services to keep pace with our customers’ wishes and to come through for them.
